Marc Aspland from The Times travelled to Broadhalfpenny Brigands Cricket Club as part of the 250th anniversary of first class cricket. Broadhalfpenny Down in Hampshire is known as the “Cradle of Cricket” as it was the home ground of Hambledon Club during the 18th century.
