The ground and pavilion are available for intimate weddings all year round. We can recommend excellent local suppliers for marquees, flowers and catering. Venue hire starts at £2,000 for your special day in the South Downs.

"What a magical venue for a wedding! The history of the site means a lot to those who play cricket, but for the rest of us it is the wonderful views, lovely sunsets and ideal rural setting that appeals. The Pavilion and existing marquee provided all that we needed on the ‘support’ side and by adding a larger marquee looking out over the views (panoramic windows), we could easily accommodate our wedding guests in style. "What a fantastic venue! I hired the cricket pavilion for the bridal shower for one of my best friends. The location was absolutely perfect! We sat up tables on the veranda so regardless of the weather, we could dine outside. We welcomed the guests with cocktails and canapés as we looked out on the stunning views. The grounds were perfect for the occasion as we had plenty of room to play games. The balcony also provided a perfect location for the photos of the stunning bride to be. Support from the staff leading up to the party was excellent and all my questions were answered well in advance. I would definitely hire this venue again."
