Harry and Rod have been working hard throughout the off season to ensure that the playing surface is ready in all respects for the new season. Scarifying, weed-killing, grass-cutting, rolling of the square and equipment maintenance, together with the ongoing ‘Badger Watch’ has kept the pair of them occupied and I’m sure this work will result in excellent wickets for the season’s matches.
